Field Programme Associate:

Education Qualification: B.Sc (AG) or B.Sc (Horti) or MSW with minimum 2 years relevant field experience with Computer knowledge MS Office

• Responsible for the proper implementation of activities on the field.

• Regularly attend meetings relevant to our projects with Govt. agencies, Conduct field outreach activities.

• Field Programme Associate works alongside a Project Manager to effectively guide their team and achieve product and service goals.

• Field Programme Associate help coordinate their team members to achieve project objectives. They also facilitate communication and assist with administrative duties.

• Promoting self-employment among Self-Help Group household.

• Sensitise and Encourage SHG and Cluster members about their lives and livelihoods, and the social, political, environmental impact around them.

• Sensitize self-employment among Self-Help Group household by establishing linkages with main stream opportunities and entitlements.

• Collect all important data needed to carry out CSR project, recording individual report card.

• Can exert good leadership skills and are well-able to coordinate workers and have excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively with others.
