Program Associate, Premansh Foundation

Premansh Foundation is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Associate. We are a non-profit organization based at Noida, Uttar Pradesh dedicated to transforming the lives of underprivileged communities through overall health and wellbeing, nutrition, quality education to children, skill development, financial literacy and holistic development.

Job Description:

As a Program Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in the planning and execution of program activities and events.

Develop and implement fundraising campaigns that align with the organization's mission and goals.

Identify and research potential sources of major gifts and grants.

•Plan and organize fundraising events, including donor recognition events and fundraising galas.

•Build and maintain relationships with donors, ensuring timely and meaningful appreciation and recognition.

•Maintain effective communication with our partner schools and stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination of program activities and timely reporting.

•Support in development of social media strategy through effective and engaging posts for various social media platforms, development of articles/blogs, impact stories to highlight the program impact.

•Support in development of reports, case studies, and success stories to highlight the impact of our programs.

•Maintain all administrative records of all communications and documentation related to programs, reports and achievements.

•Coordinate with concerned team for effective implementation of program activities and engage with program beneficiaries to understand their needs and provide necessary support.

• Any other responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a related field.

• 1-2 years of work experience in non-profit organization preferred but not essential especially in terms of program implementation and management

• Strong relationship-building and good communication and documentation skills.

• Experience of managing fundraising campaigns and events.

• Knowledge of fundraising best practices and trends.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
