Associate Vice President – Fund Raising

The Organization
Vimukti Sanstha is a registered non-profit organization (NGO) based out of Jaipur. Founded in 2004, it is a dedicated and impactful organization committed to providing free education to underprivileged girls from the slum areas of Jaipur city. Its mission is to break the cycle of poverty through education and empower these girls to become financially independent. About the Role:
You will play a crucial role in fundraising, CSR engagement, and partnership development. Your proactive approach, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence will be essential in driving our mission forward. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships, proposing concepts, and securing grants and partnerships to support our transformative work. You should have a proven track record of successfully raising significant amounts (several crores of Indian Rupees annually) through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds and engaging high net-worth individuals.
Experience:
You should have relevant experience of 14 to 15 years in fundraising, with a demonstrated history of successful fundraising campaigns, specifically in securing substantial funds through CSR initiatives and high net-worth individuals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure necessary funds for the organization's operations and expansion.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with CSR representatives, corporate partners, and high net-worth individuals to secure financial support.
• Create compelling fundraising campaigns and proposals that effectively communicate the organization's mission and impact.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to align fundraising goals with the overall organizational objectives.
• Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to maximize donor engagement and contributions.
• Maintain accurate donor records, track donations, and prepare timely reports on fundraising progress.
• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and meetings to build and strengthen relationships within the philanthropic community.
• Ensure a cohesive and motivated approach to donor engagement.
• Collect partner feedback and testimonials.
