Job Description

1)You would be based as a Residential House Mother at Nijoloy Home, Madhyamgram.

2)The duties and responsibilities will be in the Home on a day-to-day basis.

3)You will bring your expertise to undertake, assist and advise us develop competences in the following task as per JJ Act:

4)Take proper care of children and ensure their welfare and overall development.

5)Provide each child with a health hygiene kit.

6)Maintain discipline.

7)Ensure children maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene.

8)You will be responsible for safety, cleanliness and security of the dormitories.

9)Implement daily routine of every child and ensure their participation,

10)Look after safety and security arrangements.

11)Escort children outside the Home for purposes other than production before the CWC or Children's Court.

12)Maintain registers relevant to your duties.

13)Submit monthly reports at HO.

14)Prepare reports on the progress of the girl child.
