Banglar Manabadhikar Suraksha Mancha (MASUM) from its inception worked as an activist centric organization having zeal and passion for its cause; torture, as primary concern. MASUM is based in West Bengal, India, incepted in year 1997. At present organization is receiving financial support from United Nations Voluntary Fund for Victims of Torture. The assistance is meant for medical, psychological, legal and social rehabilitation of torture victims. Organization is also addressing the socio-economic marginalisation of Indo Bangladesh bordering districts of West Bengal with a right based approach.

To facilitate the same, we are urgently looking for a professional lawyer having command in legal drafting, national laws related to criminal jurisprudence, Constitution, laws related to livelihood, migration and freedom of choice and movement. He/ she should be proficient in English writing. The person has to coordinate with district level lawyers.
