Job Description – Manager - Fund Raising (Experience 03 Years - 06Years)

Profile Name: Manager - Fundraising

MUST – Fund Raising for CSOs/NGOs, Corporate partnership, Donor partnership, Project Management – This is a work from office profile

MUST – Very good English Communication Skills – Both Spoken & Written (at least 9 out of 10 on rating scale)

Monthly Salary (1.5L - 2L )

Key Responsibilities:

Explore prospective donor agencies for the NGOs, establish connect, deliberate with them in terms of Fiinovation services to identify scope of engagement leading towards requests for program acquisition

Ensure propositions are timely submitted, follow up with the donors, leading to MOU / Contract signing between the institutions in terms of grant acquisition

Maintain relationship and upselling with the donor agencies

Engage with prospective clients through strategic meetings, fostering potential partnerships.

Lead program and project discussions with clients, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Provide guidance and support to the team in crafting compelling service pitches for clients.

Maintain effective communication and coordination between Corporate Alliance and program teams.

Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals to donors/clients and manage follow-ups.

Conduct thorough quality checks on proposals before submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Oversee end-to-end management of leads, developing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders.

Manage documentation on client interactions, proposals, and agreements; oversee file movement.

Identify and explore new business opportunities through upselling to existing clients.

Lead and manage the Corporate Alliance team, overseeing overall workforce training and development.

Candidate Requirements

At least 3 -5 years of combined experience in Fund Raising, program acquisition & program management/operations

Experience of working with Multilaterals, UN agencies or NGOs in terms of fund raising

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience of deliberation and communication with the donors
