Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Diabesties. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and communicating our message effectively to our audience. You will collaborate closely with our development and communication teams to create visually stunning and compelling materials across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Interpreting briefs creatively to develop innovative design solutions that align with our organization's objectives and brand guidelines.

2. Crafting impactful UI, digital, and print media collaterals, including but not limited to, social media graphics, infographics, posters, and brochures

3. Demonstrating a strong understanding of information design and typography principles to ensure clarity and visual appeal in all communications.

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, refine concepts, and iterate on designs based on feedback.

5. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

6. Keeping up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our visual communications.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.

2. A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in creating impactful visual designs across digital and print media.

3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

5. Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for creating visually compelling and engaging content.

6. Ability to commute to and work from our centre in Ahmedabad on a full-time basis.
