About Engrace Foundation:

Engrace Foundation is a section 8 company registered under the companies Act 2013 under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. Of India. Being an emerging social development entity this working with NGOs/Trusts/Institutions on program capacity development, CSR funding, consultancy etc. In a short span of time it has partnered with more than 20 NGOs from various states from India working for their funding needs and looking to expand all across India. Engrace Foundation is based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha and looking for a suitable candidate for it’s expansion objective.

Position: Manager-Administration & Finance

Place of posting: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Reporting to: Team Leads/COO/Managing Director

Purpose of the position: The purpose of the position is to develop and streamline the finance and administration of the organization in expanding it’s network with clients organization, corporate and Government agencies. The person selected will lead a this portfolio as the point person of the organisation and will guide, mentor and assign duties to 1-2 subordinate The client registration, track of payments, salary and consultancy payouts, maintaining bills, vouchers, annual returns, audit, GST, ESI, PF and other compliance need to be adhered as per MCA rules. Apart from this, RFP, BID applications and budgeting for the various projects need to be undertaken. The candidate need to work out on day to day finance and administration functions as well as procurement and vendor dealings. Along with the above, there is going to be a team target on achieving both goals of developing partnerships as well as raising resources from CSR, grant funding as well as allocation of resources for grassroots NGOs. So, the person will have a dynamic role to play in the organization to scale up it’s grant programs.

The Roles & responsibilities:

1.Leading the overall finance and administration portfolio of the organization taking support of 1-2 support staff.

2.Maintaining bills, vouchers, invoices and updating daily transactions in the tracker.

3.Working on the GST filling and compliance relating to audit purposes

4.Monthly salary and consultancy payout works as per the staff and consultants performance.

5.Being responsible for audits, annual returns and other MCA compliance relating to the Section 8 company.

6.Working on ESI, provident fund, mediclaim insurance and other benefits for the staff as well as the compliance relating to it.

7.Achieving team target on client registration, fee payment and issue of receipts as per GST and TDS norms. Tracking the client payouts and supporting the team in achieving the revenue target.

8.Working on BIDS, RFP and other proposal offers open from government and private organizations.

9.Grant proposal and CSR project proposal budgeting tasks and support in this for the due diligence purpose.

10.Training the internal as well as external team on financial aspects, procurement norms, and other compliance.

11.Working on financial policies, norms and guidelines as well as developing office administrative structure a very systematic and professional.

12.Handling staff attendance, leave and other matters through support staff and overall office administration.

13.Working closely with the audit firm on maintaining regular financial requirements.

14.Any other relevant task as required

The ideal candidate should be:

1.MBA in Finance/M.Com/CA/ICWA with at least 3 years of experience.

2.Adequate experience in BID, RFP, Budgeting, Financial proposals, GST, TDS, ESI, PF, audit, FCRA and other norms of the section * company act.

3.Should well acquainted with Tally, ERP, financial software and other latest financial updates.

4.Candidates should be between 25-45 years old.

5.Good English and Hindi knowledge and excellent communication, presentation and leadership skill.

6.Motivated, enthusiastic, team player, having pleasant personality and flexibility in approach.

7.Should have good understanding about non-profit sector.

8.Candidate must be willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Salary: attractive depends on the previous salary and background. Salary no bar for deserving candidates. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
