Job title: Project Coordinator

Reporting to : Project Manager /Project Director

KIRDTI is a grassroots NGO working in Keonjhar needs followings personals for community development work.

Key Accountability:

Responsible for the overall achievement of the project objective and Goal based on the indicators through proper implementation of the project activities , staff monitoring and coordination , monthly achievement review and planning , proper utilisation of budget , schedule reporting , extending day to day support and guidance to the project staff , field programme monitoring and verification of achievements etc .

Key competencies:

• Concept on agro ecology and climate resilient crops, community indigenous knowledge, concept of safe food .

• Ability to understand community power dynamic , power centre and facilitate development process with equity among the community groups ,

• Excellency in managing computer , Ms Office ,

• Ability to manage social media , web page etc

• Communication skills in different language .

Educational Qualification: The candidate must be graduate in any discipline but must have commitment to work with the rural poor with at least 4years working experience in the area of agro ecology , monitoring , documentation, team work and staff management .

Language Known-Odia,Hindi,English

Remuneration : Negotiable
