Job Description -

• Stakeholder management with Municipal officials, elected members, municipal staff on WASH aspects across partner and associate towns.

• Act as a single point representative of TIDE at district and city level.

• Report to Project Manager, coordinate with the rest of the team members and manage the team members at partner town for achieving the necessary project deliverables on time

• Responsible for smooth and efficient day-to-day operations to ensure timely delivery of outputs of the project for the designated towns

• Participate and contribute to team meetings and funder / partner meetings

• Prepare meeting reports, assessment and feasibility studies and DPRs on WASH aspects, monthly and quarterly reports on project updates, etc.

• Any other tasks under operations and deemed required for project execution

Desired qualifications, expertise, and experience

• Master’s degree in civil engineering / Environmental Engineering / Sanitation Engineering/ Urban Planner.

• 5+ years of work experience with atleast 2+ years of experience in relationship management with government officials, stakeholders etc.,

• Basic understanding of the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene sector.

• Professional level communication skills in English and Kannada

• Experience of working in small towns, particularly in Karnataka

Terms

• This is a full-time job based in Chikkaballapur and is co-terminus to the duration of the projects assigned.

• Salary range is 6.0 LPA to 8.5 LPA. Negotiable based on the skills and experience. TIDE offers medical insurance, gratuity, and staff loan benefits.
