About Organization:

VCF is a not-for-profit organization, supported by Tata Trusts, which focuses on a wide range of themes including agriculture, livelihood promotion, sanitation, nutrition, education, skill development and crafts among others.

Program:

Vijayavahini Charitable Foundation is implementing livelihood Programs in the Alluri Sitarama Raju District of Andhra Pradesh. The objective of the program is to work intensively with Tribal households to raise their income levels through the adoption of a package of agriculture practices and livestock Management, developing entrepreneurship, and strengthening farmer collectives through capacity building and market linkages. Special emphasis on Gender Mainstreaming and Climate Resilience.

The Primary responsibility will be to implement the objectives of the program in the assigned Geography.

1. Develop an Implementation plan for the projects and lead in the execution ensuring timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with project teams.

2. Provide strategic direction and vision to program teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

3. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture to drive successful program outcomes.

4. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including both programmatic and financial planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.

5. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

6. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and funding partners.

7. Collaborate with external partners to enhance the impact and reach of programs.

8. Ensure the quality and effectiveness of program deliverables through regular monitoring and evaluation.

9. Implement best practices in program management and contribute to organizational learning.

10. Prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting program achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.

11. Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, expenditures, and outcome.

12. Regularly report on program performance to the leadership team and stakeholders, highlighting areas of success and areas requiring attention

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a reputed organization.

Qualifications:

• Graduation/Post-Graduation in Agri/Horti/Social work/any other discipline.
