Job Overview:

Role: Programme Facilitator (On site, Bengaluru)

Full time role.

9:30 AM- 5:30 PM, 8 hours per day; 5 days per week, Tuesday through Saturday.

Location: Bengaluru

Who are we looking for - An ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the development sector

• Have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in Social work, Development, Public Policy & Governance, Women’s Studies or a related field

• Someone who is passionate about the cause of gender justice and values the importance of safe spaces

• Have verbal & written fluency in Kannada and English (Mandatory)

Job Overview:

• The candidate, if selected, will be responsible for all deliverables under the ‘Women at Work’ programme (https://durgaindia.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/Durga-WAW_handbook.pdf)

• They will be required to document, execute, and report on the impact of the programme on a regular basis

• They will be responsible for keeping a record of sessions conducted and updating it in a timely manner

• They will be required to coordinate with participants about smooth coordination of the sessions and make sure they happen according to a schedule

• While the above is directional, since we are a small team, you will be required to contribute to multiple activities and facilitation across teams as required
