Looking for a Project Coordinator in Goa

We're seeking passionate individuals to fill the role of Project Coordinator for a project on Mental health of children in Community, undertaken by Ahaan Foundation.

Job Summary:

A project coordinator will manage administrative tasks and align projects to an organization’s goals. The responsibilities include overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, action plans, documentation of activities, reports and monitoring process.

Job responsibilities:

• Coordinating activities pertaining to the current project

• Overseeing the project and maintaining detailed documentation

• Coordination with the counsellors to conduct training sessions, counselling sessions, follow ups and monitoring their work

• Collation of information on activities conducted for the monthly report

• Provide support during events and other programs

• Maintaining professional relations within and outside the organization

Qualification and Experience required:

• Masters in Social work with background in Mental health

• Knowledge of MS excel (Creating spreadsheets and charts)

• Good understanding of project coordination and management

• Good time management and organizational skills
