IDF is looking for qualified and competent person for the position of Program Manager, who has natural flair to integrate with our core values and collaborate/customize with the community needs. Project Manager will be overall responsible to manage, coordinate, and implement the CSR project in close coordination with the line departments for improving nutritional status of the area with special focus on acute malnutrition cases among children and pregnant & lactating women.
Position: Program Manager
Remuneration: Rs.50000/- to 53000/-pm
Job responsibilities:
Coordinate with health officials and support in the implementation of existing nutrition related schemes and services in district. Ensure minute planning and its execution in align with project deliverables. Support in overviewing the progress of the project and deliverables. Undertake community process and assess implementation status. Liaison and coordinate closely with government officials.
Qualification & Experience:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Management, Rural Development, or Health Management. Working experience and exposure on the issues related to Community Health, Nutrition Improvement/ promotion, Maternal and child Health would be preferred.
Must have experience and expertise working in rural community and have good understanding of community process.
She/He should be well versed in capacity building/Training of community level workers and functionaries.
Should have adequate understanding about Nutrition programs of Government of India and its scenario in the state. Having expertise and experience on training on health issues and basic knowledge about government systems and mechanisms.
Good communication and documentation ability in English and Hindi and ability to develop a slandered report of the work
Ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision.
Ability to use project data, develop MIS about the project implementation and status in order to prioritize activities.
Proven personnel management skills, including management of team and counterpart.
Must have skill to drive two-wheeler and have valid license.
