 WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

QUALIFICATION: Management Degree from premiere institute

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of work experience in leading projects/ organisations working with producers

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU:

1. Assist CEO in taking critical decisions, preparing budgets and setting targets for the organisation

2. Oversee operations of the organisation, implement projects, and effectively manage human, physical and financial resources

3. Manage HR, finance, production, marketing, technology and design teams and ensure output of highest quality

4. Ensure all projects, products and services are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

5. Ensure organisation is aligned with its vision and mission of working for artisans at all times

6. Fundraising planning and implementation

7. Long-term commitment of 10-15 years

8. Willingness to travel at least 10 days in a month to cluster locations

SKILLS - ESSENTIAL

1. Entrepreneurial spirit as the individual will be groomed to become future CEO

2. Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks and manage multiple stakeholders

3. Ability to lead, nurture and manage teams

4. Good writing and communication skills
