Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Project Management:

a. Conceptualize, plan, and execute large-scale programs with a focus on

end-to-end project delivery.

b. Integrate an operations perspective into project planning and execution.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination:

a. Collaborate with various functions, including content, product, sales, and

partners, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment.

b. Manage the field team, providing operational guidance and support.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

a. Regularly engage and communicate with multiple stakeholders to facilitate

smooth project functioning.

4. Project Health Management:

a. Monitor and manage the overall health of projects, identifying and addressing

operational challenges.

5. Reporting and Communication:

a. Generate comprehensive reports on project activities, outcomes, and operational

efficiency

b. Report project progress and outcomes to the leadership team.

c. Provide regular updates on the operational aspects of the projects.

6. Budget Management:

a. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and

efficiency.

7. Process Definition and Oversight:

a. Define delivery processes and ensure their effective implementation.

8. Risk Management:

a. Anticipate and proactively flag potential risks associated with project operations.

9. Performance Evaluation:

a. Evaluate project performance against set benchmarks, incorporating operational

metrics.

Experience Requirements:

12+ years of experience in Project Management, with a strong emphasis on operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in advanced Excel; experience with Project Management tools is preferred.

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and email).
