About organization

Multiple Sclerosis Society of India (MSSI) a registered non-profit organization established 1985, having 9 chapters (Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune & Trivandrum). We are affiliated to MS International Federation (MSIF). MSSI is the one and only MS patient welfare organization in India that serves close to 3000 members. Role and Responsibilities

• Work in close coordination with the Mumbai Chapter’s Office Bearers and support in day-to-day activities.

• Develop high-quality reports and submissions within the set timelines.

• Create and manage periodic reporting of project execution status and other trackers.

• Provide support in organizing events like India MS Day, World MS Day etc.

• Coordinate with Persons living with MS to understand their needs and provide support accordingly.

• Oversee project progress, address project issues, and escalate complex issues to appropriate levels.

• Any other responsibility assigned by the Office Bearers.

Education/Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in Social Sciences (preferred Social Work), or a similar background

• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in dealing with Disability Sector, Health, or similar field.

Skills and Competencies

• Understanding of the NGO sector

• Excellent English writing skills

• Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary as per qualification & experience upto Rs 30,000/-
