Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Project Associate to support our programs and initiatives. The Project Associate will work closely with the project team to coordinate and implement project activities, monitor progress, and ensure the successful execution of project objectives. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the organization's mission of social empowerment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of project activities in alignment with project goals and objectives.

Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.

Coordinate with project partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to facilitate project implementation and ensure effective collaboration.

Assist in conducting research, data collection, and analysis to inform project planning and decision-making.

Prepare project reports, presentations, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement or adjustment.

Provide logistical support for project events, workshops, and meetings, including scheduling, venue coordination, and participant communication.

Assist in maintaining project documentation, records, and databases, and ensure accuracy and completeness of project files.

Support the evaluation and monitoring of project impact and outcomes, and contribute to project learning and knowledge sharing activities.

Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the project manager or senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Previous experience or working with NGOs is preferred, project coordination, implementation, or management, preferably in the non-profit sector.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, documentation, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and team members.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management.

Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation principles and techniques is desirable.
