Designation: Program Head

Base Location : Chennai

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead various programmes of HELP Trust in Tamil Nadu.

• Lead a team of people for larger impact and programme goals.

• Plan and implement Skill Development Programmes for people with disability - Plan, direct and implement training and development initiatives for the centre - Prepare reports for donors.

• Ensure deserving youth get to know about the Centre, monitor the training, help in placement of the students in the industries.

• Approach corporates for CSR support. Should approach Influential people for support.

• Approach schools, colleges, communities, NGOs where girls from broken homes

• study & link, get a list of girls from them. These girls need to be qualified to receive our support based on background and their inclination towards society by taking up social cause.

• Lead the rise4girl program ( www.rise4girl.org ) end to end.

HELP Trust is a registered non-governmental, non-profit, non-political, and non-religious organization that was established in 2004. We have various education and skill development projects in Tamil Nadu and other states where
