Position Title: Digital Literacy Trainer

Location: NSEZ, Noida

About the Program

AADHAAR in collaboration with Capgemini has established Capgemini NSEZ Centre of Excellence in Skilling, which houses multi skill development hubs including Digital Literacy, Digital Academy and STEAM learning.

Under Digital Literacy Hub, the objective of the programme is to enable individuals coming from vulnerable sections of the society to use the Information Technology and related applications (computer operations, use of internet, desktop publishing applications) and able to process digital payments, to actively participate in the process of nation building.

About the Position

AADHAAR is looking for a dynamic individual, enthusiastic about information technology and its impact of development, to be able to manage our digital literacy hub by conducting training on digital and financial literacy.

The role will require you to:

• Lead the training program and implement the digital literacy curriculum in Digital Literacy Hub (Training will require you to be able to teach basics of computers, use of internet, use of smart phone/tablet, applications, set up including privacy settings, using google tools including drive, word, excel and ppt on computer and smart phone, basic fact checking and cyber security measures)

• Implement financial literacy curriculum (be able to teach concept of online money transactions, use of online banking, UPI, security measures to make secure payments)

• Input into digital literacy training curriculum by adding new and innovative activities and design training media material using simple practical, audio and video material.

• Maintain daily reporting of learners, program progress, unit progress and suggest improvements, whenever necessary.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (preferably certified in computer science, IT, internet communications)

• Previous experience of imparting training on digital literacy, basics of computers and financial literacy.

• English and Hindi writing and speaking skills.

• Excellent competency in use of the Smart phone, applications on smartphone

• Excellent understanding of technology, website functioning, online media and social media.

• Fluency with computers especially all word processing and data software and ability to create presentations in MS Powerpoint, and manage reporting through use of Microsoft office tools.

• Be detail oriented and have patience with learning candidates and their skill sets.

Remuneration

CTO up to INR 3,60,000/- (Depending on Candidate’s experience).
