Trust of People (TOP) a Trust duly registered under the Indian Trust Act 1882. The organization is engaged in the sanitation and waste management sector and works towards improving quality of life for the under privileged communities.

1. Role:- Research Analyst

a) Job Description:-

· Sample survey coordination and sample generation for surveys

· Creation and maintenance of databases

· Data cleaning and related works

· Support in developing knowledge management tools like training modules and capacity building tools

· Supporting monitoring and evaluation for FINISH

· Support in documentation including development of suitable material for stakeholders /donors of FINISH

· Developing Proposals & fund-raising documents

· Supporting and conducting research & studies

· Any other work mutually agreed upon.

Experience:- 3 to 5 years preferably in development sector.

Qualification:- Masters in Commerce or Science or any other equivalent degree.

Skills Required:- Proficient in use of Computer Applications, Team handling,Decent Communication, Positive attitude, Team oriented, willingness to learn, Documentation & Report Writing, etc.

Additional Skills:- Knowledge of Stata and visualisation dashboards will be appreciated.

b) Location:- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh with frequent travel to project locations.

c) Remuneration:- Monthly remuneration between INR30000/- -- INR35000/- .
