Project Manager - Hyderabad. (Freshers Only)

MOHAN (an acronym for Multi Organ Harvesting Aid Network) Foundation is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization established in 1997 in Chennai to promote cadaver (brain death) organ donations in the country in the light of growing incidence of end stage organ failure and contrasting shortage of organs. In 2002 the Foundation set up an office in Hyderabad and it now has offices in

Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Nagpur, Jaipur, and Mumbai. The Delhi- NCR office was started in 2011.

The objectives of MOHAN Foundation are:

 To create public education programs on organ donation among a cross section of population

 Create hospital tie-ups and to motivate families of “brain dead’ patients to donate organs

 Train professionals (transplant Coordinators) in facilitating organ donation

 Liaise with government to pass favourable legislations

 Network with other organ procuring organizations in the country

We are looking for a strong candidate to apply for the position of Project Manager who will report to the Country Director, MOHAN Foundation, Hyderabad.

Project Manager: Key Responsibilities

 She/he will contribute to the overall strategy of the organisation to achieve its objectives.

 She/he will initialize the existing plan and suggest improvements.

 She/he will establish and maintain relationships and linkages to enhance the scope and reach of the Foundation programs. Will communicate and network with various

stakeholders.

 She/he will assist in raising resources to implement the activities of MOHAN Foundation through Trusts/Foundations/International Agencies/Corporates

 She/he will develop communication strategy and material for marketing of activities of MOHAN Foundation

She/he will initiate public education programs

 She/he will also take care of the administrative aspects of the office

 She/he will tend to field works

 She/he should be willing to commit extra hours during special activities

Key skills and aptitude

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi & Telugu)? Good presentation skills

 Good Computer skills and strong in social media.

 Good interpersonal skills are a must

 Person with creative ability and talent will be preferred

 An ability to work independently

 A multi-tasker at all times

 Willing to take onus in providing assistance and help to fellow workers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
