Job Description

JF India is a not for profit organization based in Lucknow , Uttar Pradesh , that approaches social issues through sports and life skill development of youth and women as the major beneficiaries of all its activities . JF India is actively seeking Eight Community Co-coordinators –Youth development , Sports and Financial literacy ( Male-4 / Female-4 ) , to join our Fatehpur Program team. A Community Co-coordinator is a professional , responsible for community motivation and mobilization with execution and delivering education and health related activities on the issues of life skills , leadership , financial literacy , sports , health and education etc. . Their primary goal is to enhance the knowledge, skills and understanding of participants in various fields of life.

Responsibilities:

1. Community , target groups and Stakeholder Collaboration:

a. Regularly engage and communicate with community , target groups and multiple stakeholders to facilitate smooth project functioning at grass root level .

2. Reporting and Communication:

a. Regular process documentation of activities , generate comprehensive reports on project activities and operational efficiency ,

b. Report project progress and outputs /outcomes to the leadership team ,

c. Provide regular updates on the operational aspects of the projects.

3. Process Definition and Oversight:

a. Define delivery processes and ensure their effective implementation.

4. Risk Management:

a. Anticipate and proactively flag potential risks associated with project operations.

5. Performance Evaluation:

a. Evaluate project performance against set benchmarks, incorporating operational metrics.

6. Priority will be given to the local candidate and candidate applying from adjourning districts .

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

•Must have Graduation / Post graduation in Social Science/ Social work/ Rural Development/ Community development with at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in community and target groups mobilization .

•Strong Community mobilization and problem-solving skills.

•Must have strong collaborative, leadership, motivational and coordination skills.

•Good verbal, reading and written communication skills in Hindi and English languages.

•Readiness to travel extensively, mostly to remote, rural locations.

•Should be able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with a growing team.

•Desire to work in the social sector and passion to make a change in the society.

•Earlier experience in youth development, sports and financial literacy program is preferable.

•Well versed in computer applications of MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
