Salary: CTC: 4.2 to 6 Lac per Annum

Job Preview: Ennoble Social Innovations is actively seeking a Program Coordinator - STEM to join our Navi Mumbai team. A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Trainer is a professional responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs related to STEM subjects. Their primary goal is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and understanding of participants in various STEM fields

Responsibility:

1. Conducting Teachers Training with Government School Teachers and discussion with Department for Science Based Education implementation.

2. Develop STEM learning activities and hands-on materials for training sessions for Teachers.

3. Devise innovative strategies and plans to enhance the learning experience for teachers.

4. Conduct practical sessions on topics including Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths by Experiments, Exposure visits, Events, Exhibition visits, Expert visits, etc. for creating an understanding for Teachers to implement it practically in the classroom..

5. Monitor the progress of teachers during training sessions and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

6. Prepare and submit all necessary reports related to teachers' training and sessions in a timely manner to the Department/Stakeholder.

7. Assessment to assess teachers' understanding of their growth on defined Parameters.

8. Implementing Science Based Education into Classroom transactions.

9. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with teachers and ensure regular communication.

10. Designing and updating the STEM training curriculum and focusing on regular implementation of Classroom Activity, Lab Activity & Exposure activity.

11. Assist in the development of new training strategies and resources.

12. Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in implementing STEM concepts in their classrooms.

13. Participate in the evaluation and improvement of the STEM training program.

14. Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in STEM education.

15. Updating about the progress & impact of Program to the Department/Stakeholders and also meeting them for getting permissions related to Teacher’s Training, Assessment.

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong knowledge and passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

• Should be an engineer in relevant field

• Proven experience in program coordination, product development preferably in the STEM education sector

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Creativity in designing engaging STEM learning activities.

• Intellectual curiosity to explore new concepts and methodologies in STEM education.

• Proficiency in logical-mathematical skills and engineering design principles.

• Passionate about working in government schools with teachers and students

• Experience in conducting training sessions and delivering effective presentations.

• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple training sessions and workshops.

• Ability to adapt training strategies to meet the diverse needs of teachers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using, learning or researching technology tools and software relevant to STEM education.

• Strong oral and written communication skills in Hindi and Marathi, and reasonable proficiency in English.

• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation processes.

Experience: Min 3 years of experience in STEMTeachers Training
