Healthy families lead to a healthy community, healthy communities build up a healthy nation. A healthy population is the key to the success and economic growth of a nation. At Gareeb Sewa Society, we firmly believe that promoting good health and hygiene among underprivileged communities would go a long way in alleviating poverty and ensuring a sustainable life for all members of the communities. Our society aims to enhance access to healthcare services to the underprivileged communities. We organize free medical and health check up camps for the poor on a regular basis. We have established linkages with qualified doctors who conduct health check ups, prescribe medicines and provide referral services to poor patients. We provide free medicines in our health camps. We also conduct regular sensitization camps to educate the underprivileged communities about health, hygiene and sanitation issues. Under the medical programme GSS provides medical Aid to economically poor patients, like T.B. Cancer, Heart Problem, Anemia, Eye and kidney ailments etc. > To enable patients suffering from life threatening diseases to gain admittance to Hospitals and thus get treatment. > To provide free medical check up and aid from our centers. > To arrange blood donation camps.
