The organization has facilitated the development of watersheds which has become models of sustainable livelihood through Natural Resource Management. It undertakes various watershed development activities where integrated waste land development, land and water resource management and vegetation development is taken care of.
The organization maintains that planning watershed in a realistic way is a fundamental requirement for integrated watershed development and management. It involves the community to ensure sustainable agriculture, soil and water conservation.
The organization trains farmers on integrated watershed development and management to ensure sustainable increase in crop productivity and thus augment farmers' incomes. The trainings also help to reduce soil degradation and manage natural resources in much better way.
