Upkar is committed to facilitate development of the socially marginalized sections like Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Other Backward Class (OBC). We sensitize SC, ST and OBC communities on the various welfare schemes of the Government and also assist them in availing the benefit of those schemes. Lack of employability among the youth population is one of the major reasons for lack of development of the SC, ST and OBC. The organization provided vocational trainings to SC, ST and OBC youth and thus acts as a catalyst in capacity building for unemployed youth from the marginalized groups.
