Batika is running Vocational Training Course in Darbhanga town in which women and girls are trained in Tailoring (405), Mithila Painting (400), Kashida (100) and Febrile (80). The training course is self-funded. Batika is imparting training to women and men of Wards 16-20 of Darbhanga town with support for Corporation, Darbhanga. The training courses comprise computer, Mithila painting, sewing, knitting etc. After completing the course, some of the trainees have been assisted by the organization to procure loan for starting their own enterprises based on the skills they have acquired. They also got scholarship as suggested.
