Transforming the city into a better one, with active participation from the youth, is what the volunteers of Helping Hands Organization (H2O) aim to achieve by launching their project titled 'Disha 2016'. The initiative was launched by excise commissioner Rishiraj Singh, who shared his personal cell number with the youth, welcoming them to bring into his notice any act taking place in the city that violates the law. Also present was chairperson of the Kerala Child Right's Commission, Sobha Koshy.
"The active participation of youngsters alone can bring about transformation," said Rishiraj Singh inaugurating the event.
