Project Goal: By 2023, 9300 girls and boys (3-18years) from waste picking families/neighbouring communities
across the five target slum locations will have access to quality basic education resulting in reduction of absenteeism, reduction in girls dropout rate and overall improved and increased opportunities to learn
Job Purpose:
Knowledge Management Coordinator (KMC):
This KM Coordinator is responsible for conceptualizing, awarding and supervising the evaluations (baseline, mid-line and end-line) and other studies related to all projects undertaken by Sparsha,
KMC also manages the management information system (MIS) of Sparsha and has to roll out comprehensive MIS with the technical inputs and coordination from the hub level M&E thematic .
He/She will also compile the project based monthly reach data and also support the Programme to collect relevant data by providing necessary guidance to the field teams.

Knowledge Management Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Sparsha for managing project data, managing MIS, generating reports on the reach, achievements and progress against projects and Documentation of the project activities like Trainings/Workshops/Events/Camps etc.,
Other responsibilities are:
Projects data and its compilation
Quality checking of the field reports
Indicator calculation verification
Factsheet generation and review, implementation at field level, revise/develop training manual, be part of help desk for supporting all level people at Sparsha
Ensure smooth functioning of project monthly reports/Donor reports as well.
Support in developing, reviewing and finalizing projects reports.
Developing pre-test formats, impart trainings and ensure data quality control measures.
The person will directly report to the project lead and Hub level Manager – KM
Others:
Regular review of reports on following parameter: quality checks in built and working, integrity, consistency and accuracy of result produced, data uploaded, initiate on any innovation etc.,
Support development of MIS for various projects
Ensure data collection, cleaning and analysis for periodic reports;
Build capacity of project team on project MIS and trackers
Documentation of the Project out comes, innovations, Case studies, best practices etc.,
Support, design implement new technology solutions to improve productivity such as tablet and mobile;
Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by Line Manager
Above mentioned task are limited for this period and it may change time to time as per the requirement of the job.
