Objective:
To build relationship with the Banks within the operational area and ensure Micro Loan Disbursement Target under MSME periodically.
Desired Profile of the Candidate:
• Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative and empathetic to small entrepreneurs.
• Good knowledge and working experience in SME credits/loans with Balance Sheet anal;ysis.
• Exposure to Proposal Reviews, Financial Planning, Budgeting and Accounting activities.
• Good working experience in Credit Department in Public Sector Banks at GM/DGM/AGM level.
• Ready to visit all Clusters of BYST pan India for gearing up the Field Staff & liasioning with the Branch Managers operating in the area.
• Must possess Digital Skills such as MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.), Google mails and Collaborative Video tools like Skype, Google Meet).

Experience:
Good experience in SME Loans /Credits and advances knowledge.
Role & Functions:
• Liasoning with Bank Branches Operating in the Area
• Fresh MOUs / Renewals with existing or new MOU Banks.
• Review Monthly Reports from Clusters and provide Guidelines to Field Officers.
• To consolidate and to submit Quarterly Progress Reports to all Partner MOU Banks.
• Interface with Banks Controlling Heads periodically – share POC (reach out to Banks post the reports)
• Review the meetings held with Branch Managers by Project Head/Field Officers.
• Liasoning with Banks for timely sanction & disbursement of Micro loans.
• Training Field Staff and potential entrepreneurs on Bank procedures.
• Advice and monitor the field teams on Entrepreneurs supported.
• Verification & submission of required number of proposals as per target to the Banks.
• Briefing about the projects to the Internal Entrepreneurs Selection Panel.
• Facilitate timely disbursals of all sanctioned loans through bank branches.
• Manage regular MIS and interface with Bank officials.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Build systems to contain defaults and support in credit monitoring.
• Supervise all Banking/ Disbursement activities in a region thru Stage-2 (review of Q format)
• Support all local Stage-2 Officers and Finance Officers including Developing, implementing and meeting disbursement objectives, coaching through weekly calls.
• Review Financials of Hi-flyers and Award nominees
Policies:
• Serve as an integral member of the BYST Team, providing insight and technical expertise related to products and services
• Explore new initiatives (Ex. Retail Trade)
• BESP/ serial numbers for BYST loans/ SME loan sanctions
