• Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
• Leads and maintain the supply chain system in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators .
• Direct and coordinate supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction.Monitors and corrects inventory levels at outside warehouses and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.
• Planning supply chain schedules in advance in preparation for busy seasonal periods in sustainable livelihood development programs.
• Keeping in touch with suppliers and developing cordial relationships with them.
• Negotiating with suppliers to minimize raw material and transportation costs.
• Provide oversight and support to the Development and Marketing work in the preparation and submission of all fundraising requests and reports.
• Oversee the work of the Development and Marketing Assistant on various fundraising projects and with donor agencies.
• Should have already worked on rural development in development sector.
• Candidates of Arunachal Pradesh will be given preference.
• Should have own laptop & conveyance.
• Must Have the local language knowledge i.e- English, Hindi etc.
