Special Educator for Hearing Impaired Position Available

Bachelor of Special Education (Hearing Impairment) - B.Ed. Sp. Edu. (HI)

Diploma in Education Special Education (Hearing Impairment) - D.Ed. Spl.Edu.(HI), or

Diploma in Hearing, Language Speech [DHLS]

Responsibilities:

The Special Educator will consult with CBR-workers on Children with Speech and Hearing in our programs, facilitate referrals to appropriate community resources, and to promote and build eco system to develop comprehensive education programs for children with speech and hearing impaired. The Special educator will also prepare and undertake training courses, and provide continuing educational sessions to facilitate the growth of rehabilitation workers.
