Position: Master Trainer, Telehealth

Location: Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga & Balia

Purpose of the Position

The Master Trainer is responsible for planning, coordination, implementation of all activities in the Telehealth Program with program management team. She/he would also be engaged in any other initiative that benefits Community Health Facilitators and the community I the context of Health.

Scope :

The Master Trainer report to the Program Coordinator/ Training Coordinator and would work closely with the project team

Job Description:

The Master Trainer is responsible for :

• Coordination and planning capacity of the Community health entrepreneur (CHE) and communication skills. Onsite hand holding on different curriculum to CHEs.

• Master trainer will be responsible for identifying and select health providers and coordination, and regular follow-up to the network hospitals

• Prepare the annual training implementation plans in consultation with Program Manager – operations and field teams in line with the approved project HFF requirements.

• Ensure timely and proper selection and training of CHEs and launch of the training program as per the approved targets.

• Ensure timely execution of training plans and completion of training targets.

Provide monitoring, supervision and hand holding support to CHEs in the training design & delivery.

• Review and revision of training manuals and training aids

• Periodic reports and updates to the management of the status of training.

• Liaise & coordinate with the village, Block and District level government departments and training and other institutes for external faculty for the CHEs training.

• Plan, schedule and budgeting for the training.

• Responsible for, training reports, hand holding on different curriculum, new patient seen by Nurse, follow up of the patient by Nurse and CHEs, referral by Nurse,

• Report on product sale and monthly earnings of the CHEs.

Minimum qualification:

• Any Graduate with minimum of 2 years of experience of working in community health related project.

• Written and Spoken communication skills in Hindi and English are must.

• Proficiency in using mobile apps and use of technology.

• Willing to learn and undergo training

• Willing to travel and relocate

• Candidate should own a smart phone

Remuneration: Negotiable and depends on the candidate’s competence, experience levels
