The Family Planning Association of India (FPAI) is recognized as India’s leading NGO providing services in the area of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). It began its journey in 1949 and has completed seven decades of pioneering work in meeting reproductive health needs.

Accounts Assistant: - 1 Post – (1- VVP)

Eligibility:

• B. Com/M. Com

• Computer Knowledge – Well versed with MS Office and Tally

Experience:

•Minimum 1 year in the field of Accounts Management/Programme Budget Management Team handling. Fresher with equivalent exposure/confidence are encouraged to apply.

Specific:- Preferred Women

Salary: - Rs. 15,000/- (negotiable up to Rs. 18,000/- as per the Competence)

Duties and Responsibilities

1)Enter all cash and Bank vouchers in tally of all Projects.

2)Maintain Fixed Assets and Inventory Register.

3)Maintain PMC Sterilization and Immunization Grant Register and assist PMC Auditor in Govt. Audit of Pune Branch.

4)Prepare donation receipts as and when required.

5)Take Print outs of cash books, ledger, journal entry register, etc.

6)To check the accounts related register in clinic.

7)Help the Branch auditor in FPAI audit work.

8)Prepare all projects report work and Budget.

9)To carry out any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager.

10)The staff will seat at Shivajinagar Pune Office.
