Institute of Medical & Minimal Access Surgery Training (IMMAST), is an ISO 9001:2015 certified and Royal College of Surgeons, UK accredited training institute. It is a purely academic initiative, based at Mumbai, Maharashtra-India. The state-of-the-art facilities and best in class instruments and equipment at IMMAST make it one of the most advanced institutes in the country. Nearly 8000+ surgeons and nurses have been trained so far at IMMAST since its inception. 1)Position : Manager (2 Positions)– Academics & Outbound Educati
Location : Worli, Mumbai
Education : Medical/Nursing graduate/postgraduate with relevant job experience. Experience of managing a training/clinical setup, holding training certifications (BLS, ACLS, other certification in simulation based training), experience in medical paramedical and emergency care training will be an added advantage.
Experience : More than 2 years
Travel Estimate : Based on the project need , range between 20-70%
Areas Of Responsibility
S/He has to ensure efficient academic activities that guarantee the timely and desired delivery of all types of IMMAST Education offerings, managing the below areas:
Strategy: Assist in designing strategy, developing implementation plan, course calendar & managing its onground Implementation.
Team Management: Training & Mentoring team on specifics in executing the courses/projects as planned.
Operations Management: Ensuring the timely preparation for the courses including readiness of lab/training site, tissue models, AV systems, simulators, coordination with faculty, hospitals, vendors & partners. Monitoring the processes to ensure efficient academic operations. Ensuring timely/periodic preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment, safe disposal of BMW. Acquire and maintain requisite licenses/certifications required for technical operations/education activities.
New ventures & Innovations: Assist in developing innovative models/projects as per the strategy.
Identifying operational bottlenecks and weaknesses, wherever applicable, and devise work-around strategies in consultation with reporting manager.
Stakeholder Management- Coordinate with partners, institutes, faculty, participants, alumni, and vendors to deliver on program objectives.
Resource Optimization - Ensure availability, timely deployment, and efficient utilization of resources.
Accreditations/Endorsements – Update & train team members on the SoP’s. Ensure compliance with all SoP’s and quality protocol. Provide requisite support for acquiring new Accreditations/Endorsements and maintain the ongoing ones.
Data Management, Reports and Research: Assist in developing MIS, Maintain records, prepare reports, proposals, track program progress on key indicators and develop presentations as required. Plan & execute research activities as per the strategy.
Inventory Management: Manage Inventory including the knowledge bank.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company, legal and statutory requirements.
To travel as and when needed to conduct the trainings.
Any other responsibility as may be assigned.
2) Position : Executive – Admin, Travel & Guest Relations
Location : Worli, Mumbai
Education : Diploma Holder/Graduate
Skills - Technical - Excellent communication (oral & written), Proficient in MS Office, Good documentation & writing skills, Admin & Logistics Management skills would be an added advantage.

Experience : Candidate having administration/ secretarial / Logistics experience shall be preferred.

Front Office Management, Travel & Guest Hospitality:
Handling Front desk communication and coordination
Hospitality of faculty, participants, and guests
Handle Travel and Stay arrangements, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless travel & accommodation for staff, participants & faculty.
Handle/Assist in Facility Management Activities as are assigned, including floor management.
Inventory & Floor Management
Assist in Faculty and participant related activities.
Liaising with various stakeholders for administrative, licensing and compliance.
Finance & Record maintenance:
Prepare and maintain data, documentation, and periodic reports.
Verification and Processing of Invoices
Maintaining the documentation of the finance documents as assigned
Ensuring Compliance with Quality standards and Finance protocols
Any other responsibility as may be assigned.
