Description
The Organic Certificate Executive is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Organic Trust Certification system. They will oversee and monitor operating systems, policies and procedures relevant to this role, ensuring they are followed and executed in an effective manner.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing the traceability details for the Project, as given by Certification department.
Ensure the tracenet data entry for renewal & day by day tracenet requirements for the Project.
Assist the certification team in field Project TC Applications.
Help the Project teams in preparing the Audit documents/ICS documents.
Coordinate and assist in the external auditing.
Prepare the documentation of Project as per the requirement of ICS
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the documentation related to audits & ICS.
Be the point of contact of the Certification team for any related requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor or Master Degree in Agriculture/ Food Technology
Knowledge of Auditing for organic certification
Knowledge of Computer
Good Communication Skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Experiences
Min 3+ years of experience with a Regional Council (RC) for PGS certification or Certification Body (CB) for NPOP certification.
Total Work Experience - 5 yrs or above
Annual CTC- Upto 7 Lacs
(Compensation package will be in line with qualification, experience and last salary drawn) Open to travel.
