childhood for women and children in India. ARMMAN leverages mHealth to create cost-effective and

scalable systemic solutions to improve access of pregnant women and mothers to preventive

information and services and train health workers to reduce maternal and child mortality and

morbidity.

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can assist in field level monitoring of M&E activities in specified

locations. Assist the team in data Analysis. Handle day to day monitoring of studies and coordination

of M&E activities and it will be a plus if the person has advance digital health knowledge.

oles and Responsibilities

• Develop advance monitoring plans for programs, demonstrating a deep understanding of the

field.

• Lead testing & implementation of program monitoring systems, including quality

assessments, registration quality, etc

• Independently conduct frequent visits on the field for setting and improving monitoring

systems, ensuring the highest data quality.

• Execute advanced research methods like conducting FGDs, in-depth interviews, etc.

• Collaborate closely with program teams to advance the development of learning systems.

• Lead the documentation of advanced program learnings, providing expert insights

• Independently develop comprehensive monitoring reports, including data cleaning and

advanced data analysis.

• Support designing of complex evaluation studies, including secondary research and primary

data collection

• Design data dashboards and drive improvements through advanced insights.

• Systematically monitor the implementation of advanced evaluation efforts for programs.

• Develop evaluation reports based on the defined schedules- Quarterly/Half-yearly/Annual

Qualification & Skills

• M&E methods and tools like logical framework, theory-based evaluation, surveys, FGDs, indepth interviews, rapid appraisal methods, participatory methods etc.

• Analytical and research skills, observational & interpersonal skills

• Proven experience in data collection and data management

• Excellent understanding of statistics, both qualitative and quantitative data

• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SPSS, Python, etc

• Previous experience working with vulnerable populations

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in M&E positions with a strong track record

• Masters in Social Work/Masters in M&E/Masters in Public health/ management degree or

certificate or previous experience/ Equivalent education

• Advanced digital health knowledge
