Job Description* -

• Graduation / Post-graduate degree in Commerce or Financial Management from a recognized University

• Ability to engage with stakeholders from multiple sectors of government, civil society and communities at the state and district levels

• Experience of working in the public health system (state and district) and in HIV sector including knowledge of key population and PLHIV in terms of technical components and program implementation

• Experience and in-depth knowledge social and legal protection schemes and services and their relevance to the Key Populations and PLHIV

• Program Management experience and skills

• Experience of using program data for improving program deliverables and crosschecking program deliverables with that of financial burn rate

• Partner management and Networking with other stakeholders (civil society organizations, CBOs, CSR, etc.)

• English Communication Skills: Oral and Writing (technical documents),Communication skills in local languages

• Computer, internet, and data analytics skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PPT, any other software)

• Experience and ability to travel extensively in the field

• Commitment to the Organization.
