Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Officer to join our team. The Medical Officer will play a crucial role in delivering primary healthcare services, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and promoting preventive healthcare measures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care, possess excellent clinical skills, and be capable of working effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medications, and administering treatments.

Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses.

Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, adjusting medical regimens as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.

Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures, including vaccination, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.

Conduct health screenings and assessments to identify risk factors and early signs of diseases.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients, documenting medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, pharmacists, and allied healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

Valid medical license and registration to practice medicine.

Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care or general practice.

Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
