Sr. Research Analysts

Delhi (1 Position)

Lucknow (3 Positions)

Job Responsibilities

(A) Projects Execution

To prepare detailed plan for the timely execution of the assigned project(s)

To develop research tools as per Terms of Reference and Technical Proposal

 Interact closely with the Field Data Collection team to ensure timely collection of quality data

To analyse data and write detailed research report offering evidence-based solutions

(B) Proposal Development

To develop winning research proposals in response to tenders

To prepare Power-point Presentation and present it before the clients

(C) Other Tasks

Candidates may be required to carry out other official tasks, delegated from time-to-time. 

Eligibility 

Ph.D. / Masters Degree in Economics / Statistics / Agriculture / Public Health / Social Sciences / Other disciplines related to our major areas of work

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies

Computer savvy with excellent command over Written & Spoken English; to be adjudged through a test

Remuneration: This is a full-time regular position carrying a gross remuneration of Rs. 15-18 lakhs per annum which includes various allowances and a performance-based component of 10-15%. The remuneration shall be decided on basis of research competence of the candidates, as adjudged through tests.
