-Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project scope,
objectives, and deliverables.

implement solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
-Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial
guidelines.
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, partners, and
donors to support program sustainability and growth.
-Lead, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams to maximize productivity and
performance.
-Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, stakeholders, and donors
on project status, accomplishments, and challenges.
-Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of program outcomes, collect feedback,
and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Public
Administration, International Development) required; Master's degree preferred.
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program management, preferably within the
non-profit sector.
-Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal
-Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of building and managing
high-performing teams.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and
meet deadlines.
-Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, and community stakeholders is
highly desirable.
