Job Function Programme

Purpose: To be responsible for the management of online training portal – Educately, and adolescent health and wellbeing course ARSH for You.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage content and delivery of the online programme, ARSH for You on Educately and partner programs/portals.

• Develop, review and integration of new content and curricula on educately portal, sourced from PFI or in collaboration with partner organizations.

• Revise and enhance ARSH for You content according to experience and recent developments in the field

• Engage participants through workshops, follow-up sessions, and addressing their questions and concerns to ensure effective course delivery for ARSH for You or other courses

• Enrollments: work with the Educately team to identify potential partners/ institutions, engage with them, conduct demos and drive enrolment for the programme

• Partnerships: identify organizations, communicate and develop collaborations for Educately to create new curricula and/or share resources relevant to Educately

• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and iterate on the material accordingly

• Support the Educately and other programme teams as needed.

• Grade assessments: provide periodic feedback to participants on their assignments (discussion forum, reflective journal etc.)

• Efficiency of Curriculum management and delivery

• Frequency of Participant Engagement (workshops, enrolments, completion, time taken to resolve complaints, grade assessments, provide feedback)

• Number of collaborative partnerships developed

• Implementation of feedback and course in periodic reviews

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Post Graduate from a reputed educational institution.

• Knowledge of topics related to adolescent health and well-being, gender, reproductive and sexual health and rights, will be preferred.

• Experience with online/digital teaching and learning

• Experience of at least 5 years in curriculum design and development.

• Educators, those with some teacher-training, or teaching experience preferred.

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English and Hindi and representational skills, with experience of engaging with participants
