Qualification and Experience

• Candidates should have qualification in special education and preferably with 10 to 12 years experience working with adolescents and adults with autism as well as other disabilities.

Competencies and Role:

• Good leadership skills

• Vocational programme design and implementation

• Excellent coordinating and organising capabilities

• Good oral and written communication in English

• Adept in handling various Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PPT)

• Supervising finance and raising funds

• Flair and ability to lead volunteers and semi professionals in creating digital communication to create awareness about Together Foundation products and services

• Candidates should have a service oriented approach with empathy for the cause and the people the organisation reaches out to.

• Centre Head will be overall in charge of functions and administration of the centre under supervision and mentorship of the Founding Trustees.
