Deirable Knowledge & Experience:

Significant proven track record of securing and managing corporate partnerships.

Extensive experience of account managing a portfolio of companies.

The person will work along with the mission and vision of the organization.

Support the Team for Programme Development and executing the various programs & projects for PAN India that align with the organization's mission, vision & goals.

Provide support for preparation and development of programme reports and budgetary progress reports in compliance with donor.

Engage in managing external engagement with technical/non-technical partners including documentation of minutes of meeting.

Provide support and assistance to the team in training, facility assessments, supervision, monitoring and documenting various activities against pre-defined timelines, and facilitate reporting and dissemination of key leanings/material.

Provide support in developing close working relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Support the team in networking and Liaisoning with other non-governmental authorities and national support offices as required by the project.

Should have the ability to work with a team that coordinates multiple programs on PAN bases.

Should be willing to travel as per the requirements of the projects.

Qualifications:

Marketing qualification (MBA with specialization in Sales and Marketing or Any Graduate/BSW/MSW/Equivalent qualification).

15 years & minimum 6 years respectively in an NGO / Nonprofit organization, please apply with updated Resume..

Skills:

Excellent presentation skills and Communication skills, able to negotiate.

Ability to build support from staff across teams, and to build the capacity of others.

Good interpersonal and communications skills in English, Hindi & regional language - Marathi (verbal and written).
