H.R Executive - GUBBACHI LEARNING COMMUNITY - SARJAPUR ROAD, BANGALORE

JOB DESCRIPTION -

Recruitment and Selection

• Handling end to end recruitment and required coordination

• Designing CTC break-up of Gross salary and negotiating with candidates.

On boarding & Joining Formalities Including, Documentation

• Issuing offer letter & joining letter

• Making Personnel files of the employees

• Maintaining the soft copy of the documents in excel

Leave Attendance and Payroll Management

• Maintaining & finalizing employee attendance

• Complete payroll handling

Exit interview and Conducting Exit & Relieving Formalities

• Completing full and final settlement as per the policy.

• Issuing relieving letter & Work experience letter,

PF, ESIC,

• Maintaining updated documents pertaining to all statutory compliances

• Coordinating for disbursal when required by employees

Offboarding & Exit Formalities

• Taking Exit interviews

• Completing full and final settlement

• Issuing relieving letter & Work experience letter

CANDIDATE PROFILE -

* Graduate or Post graduate in Human Resources

* 2 to 4 years experience in handling overall HR, HR operations

* Ability to work under pressure

* Candidates with experience in handling HR in social sector or NGO's are preferred

KEY REQUIREMENTS -

1. Knowledge of kannada mandatory

2. Candidates residing in and around Sarjapur road in Bangalore need apply.

3. This is 9 to 5 in office role.
