Position Title: Project Coordinator

Department: Public Relations Office, Dawat-e-Hadiyah

Location: Mumbai

Work Type: Full Time. In office. Monday to Saturday

Work Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and organised Project Rise Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, implementing and completing various social welfare projects initiated under the banner of Project Rise.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and researching new projects: You will actively seek potential projects that align with Project Rise's objectives and mission. This involves conducting research, analyzing data, and identifying areas of greatest need.

Tracking the progress of existing projects: You will closely monitor the progress of ongoing projects, collecting data, measuring impact, and analysing trends. This will involve working with local jamaats, PR coordinators and external stakeholders.

National & Regional causes:

You will identify national and regional causes to support & opportunities in the social welfare landscape, guiding the direction of Project Rise. Visit existing and potential Project Rise sites to track progress and identify new projects

Maintaining records:

You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Gathering impact stories: You will capture and document the positive impact of Project Rise projects through stories, photos and videos.

Digital Media: You will manage Project Rise's social media presence, including the website's content, sharing impactful stories and raising awareness about the initiative.

Content Promotion/Cross Promotion, Awareness:

Promote Project Rise initiatives, programs and content among existing and potential partners, organisations and influencers.

Branding & Marketing: Branding, Marketing, Resources/Promotional Material: banners, t-shirts, awards, hats, presentations, videos, stock images, annual reports

Volunteer Recruitment: Identify the right volunteers across regions and increase team size

Networking and Coordination with stakeholders: You will build and maintain positive relationships with project partners, beneficiaries and other stakeholders.

Annual Calendar of Events and Budgeting:

You will be responsible for preparing the yearly Project Rise calendar of events along with forecasting and budgeting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's /Master’s degree in Management. Project management certification is a plus.

3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Strong analytical, organisational and management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Open to travelling to rural areas for project implementation.

Tech savvy and willing to adapt to new-age techniques and methodologies.
