Reach to Teach is a social impact organisation that partners with State Governments to strengthen teaching & learning outcomes in Government schools through effective interventions. We work with State Governments and other organisations to bring about systemic changes in education with an emphasis on foundational learning and numeracy, higher-order thinking skills and the use of technology. The guiding principle underpinning all of our programmes is that the whole education system and all roles within it should be considered from the perspective of how they can optimally support the learning needs, and overcome the learning challenges, of children. We believe that every child can learn and that a strong foundational education maximises their chances of future success.
Over the last two years, Reach to Teach has expanded its activities from working at the community and school level in rural areas of Gujarat to partnering with state governments across the country on various high-priority initiatives aimed at the overall objective of improving the quality of education.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Creative Copywriter - A wizard with the ability to put anyone under a spell with words to join our dynamic team of professionals. As a Creative Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality creative copy that effectively communicates our brand message, initiatives and engages our target audience. If you have a passion for writing and a strong understanding of the education/development/social impact sector, this is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to our organisation’s success.
Responsibilities:
Create compelling and creative content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media platforms and communication collaterals.
Support the PR strategy by suggesting relevant themes and developing content in the form of articles, thought leadership pieces etc. Craft engaging headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action to capture readers' attention and encourage desired actions.
Conduct in-depth research on relevant topics in the education sector/state governments/ministries and policy level to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
Develop a deep understanding of Reach to Teach and its initiatives to tailor content that resonates with our target audience.
Collaborate with the programme team internally, to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategies to support curating communication collaterals.
Stay up to date with industry trends,and emerging technologies to incorporate relevant information into content creation.
Manage content calendars, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of content.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related field.
At least 8-10 years of work experience as a Creative Content Writer in advertising/PR/media agencies or development/social impact entity/education sector.
Exceptional creative writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in conducting research and translating complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with social media agency and in-house state-specific programme teams.
Familiarity with AI Tools, content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus.
