Job Description

• Subject - Computer basics & ITES(IT Enabled Services)

• Organization name - Aarohan Foundation

• Eligibility criteria - only female candidates BCA, or science graduate/MBA/MCA, with computer courses or computer usage experience

• Experience - 1+ year in teaching or relevant experience.

• Communication skills - Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Odia

• Expected Salary - 16k to 18k; Based on previous experience

Role and responsibilities of the Facilitator/Trainer-

• Responsible for imparting training in computer basics and ITES.

• Must have sound understanding of the curriculum and facilitation skills including soft skills.

• Other tasks would include maintaining attendance of students, completion of assessments as per the time-lines, facilitating students in the classroom activities, discussions and classroom display etc.

• Being a team player and helping as per need in vital tasks like mobilization and placement of students, Data compilation etc. under the guidance of the Centre Manager.
