About the organization: Friends Capital Services Limited (FCSL) is registered with the Reserve Bank of India as Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC). Its registered office is in Delhi and corporate office is in Varanasi, Utter Pradesh. At present the company offer micro loans in JLG format. The company offers loans towards income generating activity and also supports household items that improve standard and quality of life.

Vacancy: FCSL is looking for an ambitious, self-driven candidate to join our team as Project Officer (PO). The Project Officer will be responsible for maintaining and driving operational results within a company. The PO will work closely with the Advisor/CEO. The PO must be a skilled researcher, ability to undertake data analysis, comprehend the business acumen of the organisation and a person who can spur company growth, maintain key operational procedures, create new processes and ensure day to day operational excellence. Vacancy exists at New Delhi.

Experience Required: The applicant should have 1-2 years of have hands-on experience in banking, fundraising, and business development. Exposure to have worked with various community institutions like - SHG/JLG/FPOs/CIG/etc. would be an added advantage. Preference will be given to those candidates who had experience with MFI, NBFC and Banking sector.

Qualification Required: Post Graduate degree in Management, Finance, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship development, Banking, Marketing and or similar relevant field. Applicant should have excellent communication skills and well conversant in use of IT tools.

Compensation: Compensation would be in the range of Rs. 35,000 per month depending upon qualification and experience. Plus other admissible perks as per the policy of the organization.
